For the love of dog.
WYATT BRIGHT | OWNER | TRAINER
A lifetime-lover of dogs, Wyatt Bright credits dogs with teaching him what it means to live in the moment. With a degree in animal care and a background in canine health and obedience training, Wyatt took an internship with top trainer Kim Yeager before establishing his own training business in 2015.
Through hands-on experience and a deep understanding of canine psychology, Wyatt has developed an approach that centers on respect and balance. He works with owners to change their own behaviors through confidence-building and respectful techniques for establishing leadership.
Wyatt believes every dog and owner pair can build trust and confidence. He loves witnessing a family’s progress and the joy and relief that accompanies it. He serves on the board of Passion4Paws, as their primary trainer in the Burlington area.
Sierra Connell | Trainer | Pack walker
Sierra has been caring for animals her entire life; from helping out in her family’s veterinary clinic to volunteering at various animal shelters. She has a degree in Animal and Veterinary Sciences from UVM. After college she managed a doggie daycare, and before connecting with Trail Tails she was the in-house trainer for a local dog rescue. Since joining the Trail Tails pack in fall of 2019, she has gained an amazing amount of knowledge about dog psychology and the importance of calm, confident, patient energy.
Sierra prides herself in deeply connecting with every dog she works with, taking a special interest in anxious and nervous dogs. The experience of helping a dog come out of their shell while learning the rules of life is so gratifying. When Sierra is not working with dogs, you can find her outside with her own dog Kash or inside getting yelled at by her ancient cat Prince!
